Rantzau & Partners was founded in 2004 and is a boutique search company. The main objective is executive search on strategic level. My vision is to provide an honest and heartfelt service to my customers and candidates.

My forte is commitment to the task and its solution together with the people whose lives I touch. My career has been divided in two. Besides Headhunting I have worked with Marketing and Business Development in international companies.

I have a degree in Information Science together with a Master in Ethics and Values in Organizations (MEVO) from Århus University in Denmark.
